Bloom's clinical oversight is led by Dr. Adrian James, the founding physician of the professional corporation behind Bloom. A California-licensed internal medicine physician with more than 30 years in clinical medicine and healthcare administration, he sets the standards and governance that keep every study consistent, safe, and high quality — working alongside the maternal-fetal medicine physicians who interpret each scan.
